Terms of Service

Using WhoHas

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• Requests, offers and messages must be lawful, honest and respectful. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
• Providers are responsible for the products and services they offer and for meeting any licensing requirements.

Protected Payment

• When you choose Protected Payment, you pay into WhoHas and the funds are held until you approve the work or item, or a dispute is resolved.
• A service fee is shown before you pay. Milestone deals release each stage separately on approval.
• If you raise a dispute, the funds stay locked while our team reviews the evidence from both sides. Our decision on release or refund is final within the app.
• Payments made directly between users, outside WhoHas, are not protected.

Referrals and promotions

Referral rewards and promo codes are subject to the eligibility rules shown in the app and may be changed or withdrawn. Abuse of referrals or promotions can lead to rewards being cancelled.

Liability

WhoHas provides the platform; deals are between users. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the quality or legality of items or services exchanged, beyond our obligations under Protected Payment.
